Corsa B 1.4 Auto issue

Hi All,

I need some help with my Corsa B 1.4 auto... It doesn't like going into 4th gear! Whilst driving I have to drive it in 3rd or "3" on the shifter otherwise in D it will try to change into 4th but the revs will go higher like you would disengage the cluth on a manual and I sometimes feel the engine cut the revs till it will go back in to 3rd usually then followed by the S Light and then limp mode. After a restart its fine again until the dreaded change into 4th.

I have already drained the Auto Fluid and replaced so not sure what else I can do? Oh and sometimes in a real bad situation the whole box is like it is in Park or P when trying to drive the whole car will just stop!! Engine is okay though.

CHECK THE BIG WIRING CONNECTION ON TOP OF THE GEAROX AS THEY FILL UP WITH CRAP AND THE PINS CORRODE GIVING INCORRECT SIGNAL FROM ECU TO GEARBOX
