Steering wheel controls??

Been thinking, will the steering wheel controls from a corsa c fit a corsa b steering wheel? How if even possible would you wire them up to control the stereo... I'm thinking Either just the controls or the whole steering wheel with controls which ever would be easiest... Has anyone tried this or seen it done, anyone with electrical knowledge that would know how to wire it up..
