hello guys i was thinking of putting an engine in my car but dont know which to use as getting a red top is getting hard to get hold of unless i spend loads of money i was thinking of going down the 8v 2.0 route or 2.0 ecotec how hard a conversion is either engine i will need either doner car just which engine to use as its going to be a daliy driver as well cheers

the conversions aint too hard to do really, i have done a 2 litre ecotec into my corsa, not many people have done it really, but the 8 valve engine are even more reliable and exactly the same to fit

so whats the differance between the red top and the ecotec
