Hi guys,
Basically, I have £200 pounds to increase the performance of my Corsa B, 1.2i 8 valve.
Could someone advise the cheapest and most effective upgrades
p.s. is there any chance I could actually "feel" any power difference or will it just be numbers that are improved
thanks

a 1.2 engine probably aint the best one to do anything to. best bets are k&n panel filter or an enclosed cone filter and a proper make back box, no universal poo. or get a 1.4 , 1.6 in it

Yeah I plan on buying a bigger engine (another car most likely - still a corsa though) but for now i just wanted to make it that bit better
how much are full exhausts these days?

but even with a panel filter and full performance exhaust u'll be only looking at around 3/4hp gain which on a 44hp (when new) engine wont really make much difference. tbh m8 ud be better off just putting the money aside for an engine upgrade.
a gd idea tho is a full service - new plugs, good quality leads, new oil and filter and maybe put sum redex in it as well to clean the injector. no matter how well looked after ur car is some of those lovely horses wud have escaped by now and a gd service cud help them be replaced.

dont waste your money on a 1.2 mate, all you can do i had a 1.2 before my corsa sport i got now and the easiest things that you can do to them that you can also use on another corsa when you get a bigger one is pippercross cone filter, and home made de-cat, and stainless centre and back, thats all you can really do to them, orr their was talk about that you can put nova 1.3 internals into the 1.2 8v engine, but i cant remember of the top of my head, plus first you'v got to find the 1.3 8v nova
