So i hav a 1.2 16v corsa b 1999. ive noticed the top of my gearbox not wet but its like a wet look if u get me. and the bottom of my gearbox isnt dropping oil on the ground just leaving like a small bubble of oil then stopping because theres never been any oil on the ground. here are some pics to help. its goin in for an MOT soon. will it still pass like this? is it still ok the engine?

My 1 litre has looked like that since I got it - I think its gearbox oil and I keep meaning to check the level.

Its passed two MOT's with no mention of the oil.
