Thinking about getting a long four branch exhaust manifold for my car, do they really make much difference? I guess they would help as it gets the gasses out faster but bhp wise would you see any improvement or physically feel it?

would see a small improvement but the biggest restriction on them engines is the inlet sytem, throw it away and get a mantzel inlet or a copy of one and it will free up about 15bhp maybe even 20bhp
