get a haynes manual for an old cavy or a haynes manual with a c20xe in it mate

as above ^^ but if your not confident in doing it then dont do it, can just nacker a decent engine in the process

exactly as bluecorsab said make sure everything is spotless before puttin it on and theres no oil or anything anywhere in the engine, then oil the parts up so it goes in easily and will keep it lubricated and make sure you use correct torque settings

you would benefit from having it done proffesionally mate as a GOOD engine rebuild requires specialist tools and very fine tolerances also i would suggest having it hot tanked to clean everything

if you know where everything goes on the engine and all the torque settings and have it all timed up and spotless then do it yourself its not rocket science, will save ALOT of money gettin a proffesional to do it mate
