Help with speakers

Help with speakers
I know this isnt the correct place for the electricals but I havent been getting any replies there. I just wanted some help as i only have door speakers. the problem is they both work when the radio is on, but when i changed to the usb or bluetooth it only comes from the left. is there any reason for that hapening?
