Corsa-B.uk - Vauxhall, Opel and Holden Corsa B Owners Club

I've been told my manifold is cracked from a recent oopsy. How much am i looking at to get a new/second hand one. Is there any tips or things i dhould be careful about when fitting it?
I have a 1.4 8v R reg.
