hi,
i am new on here and looking for help with the timing cog on the end of the rear cam,
i removed the head for inspection and didn't mark the cog timing when removing, is there a way of manually timing this back up?
any help would be brilliant.

yes there will be a way to time it up mate, just set crank to top dead center, and cam to timing mark, just find the timing mark on it mate

I think the little arrow marked on the cam pulleys have to face each other on the DOHC's I am not 100% certain, I will check autodata for you tomorrow and get back to you
