Corsa b 1.4 sport ecotec inlet manifold removal

Hi could anyone help with infomation on how to remove the inlet manifold and ultimatly the cylinder head on my W reg 1.4 sport it has a X14XE engine and im not sure where to start,, Please help juboy

Haynes manuel is a bit poor

on top at the bak ov the inlet manifold theres six 10mm nuts un do them. also wen u look at the engine from the front on the right hand side ov the engine next to the battery there is a big bit ov pipe that gose to the throtel body u need to undo the jubaley clip aswell and the manifold should come off
