a set of alloys have come up locally at a bargain price, there 17's though, would these fit on a b that's been dropped 60mm all round on springs?

nope they wont fit with a 60mm drop, well they might but with alot of arch modifications

my mate had his dropped 60mm and put some 17s on, they scrubbed that much that in under 1/2 mile of drivin 1 of his rear tyres blew out! on top of that he could hardly turn his front wheels lol

17's are ok on a 40mm drop tho as i bought and split a corsa that had 17's on and a 40mm drop sot thats ok just make sure you have stiffened suspension otherwise it will cause it to lean and bounce then that will make them scrub.

ah well, not worth the hassle jus for the sake of a cheap set o wheels.

i thought there would be some scrubbage, it was 15's i was lookin for, jus when these came up so cheap i thought hmm.... but not this time!
