hand break cable has come apart at the link to the lever and cant quite get it back so need to back the adjusters off cant find any so assume need to remove the drums for access ?

attempted this to on avail had hub nut off tried tapping then badger with a mallet and got no where !

do i need to use a puller to do this or have i missed something need this asap as MOT due on sat help !

The brake adjuster is in the centre of the rear beam.

ahh right thanks think it may be broked then as its running up and down the long cable ?for the onside drum ?is it the cage type thing goes around the long cable from the short one ?
did notice drivers side drum realy stiff passenger side quiet free still couldnt get either drum off tho !!!!

its come apart where the s clip goes over the lever need about three mm of movement and it will go together grrrrrrrrr
will have another look weather permitting would be lovely to have apic if anyone has any ?

got the cable back together now but still no handbrake looks like new shoes required ?

you tried adjusting the shoes??
