Ive just replaced my front dampers and springs (60mm) and done the tracking too but iam getting a rubbering noise coming from the left side its bad when in slow moving speeds but both wheels aren't touching the arches at all. i jacked the car up and let the wheel run by themselves and there a def noise coming from the right side but no noise coming from left side when jacked up i donno what it will be any help?

Have u had ur brakes off wen u chnged springs

i didn't fit it, it was a garage because i dont have a spring compressor they didn't say if they did or not. i thought it might be the CV joints?
