Problem number 1 the exhaust don't have a flex joint but was just woundering because the flange joint from the mainfold to the decat should there be springs on the to bolts or not because am a bit tilled off. With it falling off and blowing all the time.

Problem number 2 it has been lowered 80mm on the front and 60mm on the back it is wearing the front left tyre really bad has any one else had this problem before

the flange joint should be their yep and it should have tapered springs on the bolts aswell, and that could be due to your tracking being out, or your camber on your wheels due to lowering it ALOT

Cheers a thaught there should be a spring on the bolts and as for the suspension I am looking for some standad suspension like just a bit hard to get a hold of for the sport would you reccomend using stiffer shocks on the front since it has a 1.6 engine instead of the 1.4

where are you from mate? as i have some stiffened struts for a corsa, that i used for a little bit, then took off because i upgraded them to coilovers, but they're all in perfect condition, comes with some 40mm springs aswell and they dont half make your car handle well you can have the whole set for £100 orrrr i have some standard corsa sport suspension you can have for £50.
