Corsa-B.uk - Vauxhall, Opel and Holden Corsa B Owners Club

I've been trying to take out the water pump to change it but one of the bolts is stuck fast and I've managed to round off the head so the allen key won't fit

What's the best way to get it out given I can't drive the car as I've got the cambelt off? And if I do get it out, does anyone know where I can get a spare or what size bolt I need to replace it?

try drifting a torx shape bit thats close to the size of the allen head into it, thats worked a few times for me, replacement bolts you can get from vauxhall

Vauxhall are selling them in packs of £15 for £8!!

Gutted because I only need the one, has any got one going spare?

go to your local engineering shop and take the bolt with you and youl get a replacement mate
