Wing Mirror Replacement

Hi all,

Like the title says. How do you go about replacing the wing mirror?

Sadly when I was away on holiday found my wing mirror smashed the next morning.



I have looked up online and Haynes manuals. Not had much luck.

Heard you prise the plastic off on the inside to reveal 3 nuts, taking them off to take the wing mirror off.

Want to also know how to take the mirror off?

Know Halfords sell the wing mirror replacements.

pop the plastic cover off for the mirror inside the door. theres 3 10mm bolts and the whole thing will come off and not sure about taking the glass out

how much do hal-frauds sell the replacement mirror for nowadays?

got me a full set of m3 mirrors off ebay for 15ish quid delivered, just wonder if thats a cheaper option

.....or see if any local scrappys have the same colour corsa in you can use to take the full unit off

i wouldnt get m3 mirrors there horrible. youd be better off just gettin a replacement one from scrappies. you can pop them off if you just put some pressure on them. so just push them and theyl come off lol but it wont be the backing plate aswell

i quite like the m3 ones, the merc style ones with the indicators in them are also nice. the local scrappy wanted 15 notes off me for one mirror so i went on ebay and brought the m3's!

Hi all, I went to Halfords (Hal frauds lol). Saw them priced at £13-£14, went to my local LVW for half the price at £7.20.

Trying to see if they got a website just to let you all know.
