hi my 1.2 8v is makein a wierd sound like its running on 3 cylinders but it isnt. dose anyone have any idea what it could be?? cheers

is it just on idle? if it is try pushing the clutch down when the noise is occuring and see if it stops. if it does, its your gearbox and i have the same problem! im gonna try changing the transmission fluid!

if your car makes a squeling noise. then when you press the clutch and it stops it will point to the thrust bearing. try giving the car a service just oil oil filter spark plugs and air filter.
