corsa b rev counter wire there but not working any help

hi im new to corsa b and was wondering if any 1 had the same problem as me ive got a corsa b montana befor i had it the privious owner fitted new clocks with new engine the new clocks have a rev counter he never connected it i red on the forum some have the wire alredy ther so i checked mine and it did so i i traced it through and it goes into the fuse box some where but not up to the dials plug so i beard it back and connected it to where it (pin number9 from the right) should be on the plug tested it and nothing any ideas thanks tool

its a pea green wire. and ive done it to mine in since then theres been loads of people ask about them. it goes from back of the clocks to the ecu mate. theres a grey plug at the side of the ecu theyl be a green wire go in one end and not the other so just cut the wire and join it to a bit wire and run it to the clocks buddy.

thats perfect mate was a bit worried at 1st because i found 2 pea green wires but the 1 that goes into the blackblock with the grey piece in it is the one dunno what the other one is ??? :meh: im well happy now hahahaha

works lovely now thanks was just wondering where woul i find the wires for the cigerette lighter did try and look be for but didnt get far haha

ye alot of them do have the wire if you have the same as me .
on the plug its 9pins in from the right hand side if u go the scrappy and get the pin that fits in the plug be hind the dash remember to get as much wire on it as poss u can alwys make it smaller after mate thanks its not that hard really did mine in about an hour after working every thinhg out
