Rust Under The Car Body

i am buying my friends corsa from him in about two weeks, he has warned me that there is rust forming under the body of the car. this doesnt bother me as i am getting it for next to nothing. but i was wondering how much it would cost to get it fixed? thanks

to be honest mate it depends on how bad the rust is, ie the size of the hole and also where on the car it is, garages usually charge around £30 per hour here to weld if its in an area easy to weld, but if they have to start taking parts off to do it then the price rises to around £50ph (thats in my area anyway, it might be different elsewhere)
