Corsa-B.uk - Vauxhall, Opel and Holden Corsa B Owners Club

Hi, well my corsa is star silver and I've used touch up paint from vauxhall but its very lumpy even after shaking for ages. Still got to put the clear coat on yet.

Well anyway I've heard wet sanding ain't great on metalics, so would even 2000 grit paper make it look bad? Just want to smooth it out a bit so not so lumpy bumpy haha.
