Don't know why its making that noise. sounds like water gargling or flushing down when i move off in 1st gear. is the head gasket gone? or i dno someone help me on this one. its wierd and I don't know why it makes this noise.

Have a look at the oil cap, if there is any mayo on it, check the oil, if that is ok, look in the expansion tank and check the water, make sure that these are all fine first. Do check the temperature of your car and make sure it is not running too hot. If it does overheat stop and allow it to cool off, before trying to get back home.
Try and describe the problem a little better if you can, as it could be a few things like air in the water system for example.
