Wing Mirror Adjuster

Hey,

some idiot has knocked my drivers side wing mirror and it wont adjust when moving the manul adjustment lever in the car. Does anyone know how to re-seat this without having to replace? I'm guessing the holding pins have come loose cos you can move the mirror easily by hand.. have to keep adjusting it everytime i hit a pot hole. getting quite annoying.
