which bulb tyoe do i need

i changed all the heater panel bulbs the other day and painted the console , looks great 
.. now im on the speedo , i have it all off , i just dont have a clue what bulbs to buy for it .. its the bigger ones i need in LED's .. are they called T10 Bulbs? and how the hell do you get ur cig lighter bulb working (dont think mines even got a light innit)
