hi all i have got a problem with my corsa this is the second time its done it like i have put a 4-1 protech manifold on my corsa and its got a de-cat and cat back race tube system like its a 1.6 16v sport but the eml has been coming on before i done the manifold and its just started to pop and bang at 4k revs and just before dropped down a gear to get abit more speed up as it wont go past 4k revs when dropped a gear it went up to 5k and we slowed down and it started to lose all power like but i have got a vid of it from the other day like could anyone help please and link here >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

looks like you need your ecu resetting as it will probably have old fault codes on it any good garage will do it for you afterwards you need to let your engine idle for a few minutes for the ecu to set to your new setup after all should be good.

Hey,
I had the problem where I lost power after high revs and also got the EML light. Replaced the Mass Air flow meter and all was solved
Don't know if this is the same issue but maybe worth a try, common fault!

do the paper clip test, it shud come up with a fault code and tell you the problem.
theres a guide in the FAQ

your lambda sensor could have gone also that's if the new manifold takes it. giving the ecu bad readings. but it will only make your engine run richer which causes pops and bangs.. also having no cat causes pops and bangs. best bet is eats been said.. reset your ecu... disconnect battery for over an hour or overnight.. then start your car and let it idle for 10 minutes before touching anything.
