Hi all, new to the site. Just got rid of my mk3 astra sport now got a corsa sport in gold, come with 1.8 astra gsi wheels and a carbon fibre bonnet what i'm not sure if i'll keep on the car!



What does anyone think of the bonnet, help my decide if i keep it! when i heard it had a carbon bonnet I thought some chav had got handy with the stickers but it turns out it's a proper carbon fibre bonnet so don't know if I should keep it as it's about £500+ new!

black alloys black lights some tint

I was thinking black for the alloys! i might take the glass off the headlights and paint the front section of the lens black so they look smoked.

all ya need to do mate is get sum tinting spray and tint the front lights with 4 or 5 coats then sum lacqure.. i done mines this way its al legal and looks wel

It's changed a bit over last year!

Weather been too bad to do any paint work so just swapped back over to standard wiper arms as the single wiper was getting on my nerves, couldn't see out bottom of screen! should be getting a normal bonnet back on it this week, i'm still debating if I should go down the gsi kit route or stay with the standard kit and paint the black trim on bumper and arches in a metalic anthracite and laquer them?

sounds like a good plan!! id love to go down the gsi kit route although i set on the idea for about a week then gave up on looking.. couldnt find anything on ebay =(

Been looking myself but they're loads of money when they come up, I've seen a facelift vectra gsi bumper to fit a corsa so might get it and see what it looks like on my car!

Yeah i was looking for ages then gave up mate, sounds good i like to be different so i say go for it bud!

I should be getting my brocade bonnet in the next hour so the car will be looking less chav by tomorrow!

I put the normal bonnet back on the car today and sorted out some bolts for the centre caps, looks alot better now. just need to sort out some laquer peel now and it'll be looking nice and fresh.
