worn tire
You might find quite a few of us have. when you lower a car, it screws around with the camber. it means you car has a negative camber ( top of the wheel points inwards.) go to any tyre fitting place where they do tracking and they can sort it for you.

worn tire
my last corsa was lowered inners didnt wear out
lowering shudnt affect it as its not adjustable
you lowring the car over the wheels its only the front that can do it
the back is fixed, set.
id get tracking checked as if the car has been in a accident in past the rear beam might be bent a little
