"Goldie" Corsa Sport

Post by jaket92 »

ayup people. seeing that every one has a project thread up i might aswell do one to :)

very picture heavy

so here is my car when i first got it .
lowered 80mm on cav slabs with small sized tyres lots of other stuff very clean and nice car all for £600. bargin :D

okay so i had the car for about 3 months and i thought i needed a change of look. ( which i regret :( )
so i swaped my cav slabs and my lowering kit and my double pipe back box for some brand new ripspeed alloys with four brand new tyres and the other guys standard spring kit and standard back box :meh: .

Image

so after that i got board of how the car sounded so i bought this little custom jap racing back box and power flow centre pipe box for £40 :D made it sound pretty nice not over the top or anything .... just nice .

so after that was done i started to tidy the car up abit more to my taste. so i bought a nice k&N mushroom air filter made a huge difference. and painted the engine and cover to my liking :D

and after i got these few things done i swaped my ripspeed alloys for some standard sport wheels in black very smart :D
Image

Image
and got a nice little 60mm lowering kit
Image
Image
and i thought it was time for a new back box so i got this beast !
Image
Image
Image

and as winter was coming i decided that my sport wheels would be the ones that took the stick of snow, cold.road salts and what not so i went ahead a bought these original corsa gsi wheels in multi coloured sparkly black with good tyres (for the good weather) of a member in corsa-b.co.uk for £35 :D

Image

and what i plan to have done in a couple of years is to red top it but have the engine painted the same as my car like this
Image

and buy a rs bumper + softstar wheels like this beast

will have more things to do in the next 5 months so stayed tuned people 8)

thanks mate and haha i think every one gos through a phase where they buy aftermarket alloys and then gos back to original vauxhall alloys dont they ? and yeah man upload your corsa to you dont see many brocade yellow corsas well i dont . and yeah i have a some plans for it . i just bought full vauxhall corsa gsi seats and door cards and everything so i will be putting that in and then just some basic tidying up. me brother has a proper gsi engine the c16xe one that he bought and its just lieing in the garage so i might ask him to refurb it and drop it in . make it a gsi replica .

Hi mate I've just got a brocade too, been thinking of what wheels to get and the slabs look perfect. I've been thinking of painting my arches and bumper inserts anthracite but your arches look well in brocade, not sure what to do with mine now, might colour code it!
