i am thinkin of picking this lil 1.0l corsa up but it has had a 1.6 astra engine fitted... just want ur guys opinions please..?







ano the front bonnet is discuting but for £400 it in my eyes is a little bargin!

looks dodgy to me... very cheap

you can be sure its gona need a few hundred to get it thru an mot in a few weeks and also when buying an engine converted car you need to know the history behind both the engine and fitting.... might be a really old engine or been fitted by a monkey

also the guy said hes only done 50 miles in it since he got it and you gotta ask yourself why.... why has he bought it and is selling it after one journey and making it sound like its 'his corsa' , sounds like he drove it home and realized it was fooked to me

if u give it a good check over and be prepared for a few hundred quid for the mot tho then it dont look to bad, think it as a £900 car not a £500 and its not 2 bad

apparently he aint got a lisence and he buys n sells on cheaps cars to make money on... and yeah will defo give it a good look over on friday... he sounds like a genuine guy but these days n can never tell who is a bull poo and who is genuine! cheap is the reason why i want it as if it need works i can do it myself as this will be my 5th corsa ... but yanoo ill give it a good check over before i give him the monies!!

yea looks alright that does, but remember if you do buy it PUT A NEW CAMBELT ON IT!! plus what i do is do that txt check and see if theirs any history with it, for a couple of 3quid or so txt the reg to 83600 it dont half make things alot smoother least you know it aint stole or nothin.

yeah very true i just need a cheapish car tyo get me back on my feet mateyy ... yeah and i wil defo do the cambelt on it ... just incase aha... and if it looks like a bag of poo then i wont buy it ... defo takin that wank bonnet off it and anyone know how those 15inch steelies handles? and what can i do to the steelies to make them look better as in sprayin them up?
