hello every one again . i was just wondering if any of you guys now how to get rid of small rust patchs . whats the best stuff to use and the right way to get rid of rust .

and in certain parts on the underneath of my car has slight surface rust because of this s**t snow and road salt . should i bother scratching this of ? or should i just put a fresh coat of under seal on the bottom ??

well best way is to get it back to bare metal then give it a coat of paint, you can use rust eater stuff should be able to find something similar in your local spares centre or halfrauds for that matter, and dont paint on top of rust it doesnt do anything get rid of it first.
