does any one kno what items i can transfer from a 1.6 16v to a 1.4 16v to increase the power? thinking along the lines of camshafts etc.

the engines are basically exactly the same apart from pistons and valve sizes, the only things you can do really without just getting a 1.6 is install a power box on the inlet, get a four branch manifold iv got one for sale if your interested give me a PM, and de-cat it, and larger bore exhaust system, then an air filter, this should then easily take your 1.4 16v up to the same power as a standard powered 1.6.
