tyre sizes for MOT

Hi there just wondring if anyone knows if it would be ok to put 165/15 all round on front and 185/15 all round on the rear got new wheels with good tyres cheap from a guy few month back and since the ones i have just now are all near legal limit was goinna put these on but not sure if it would pass mot with them they all have great tread 5mm
so if anyone can help out and let me know before i switch em round that would be great thanks guys!!

awryt mate no it wont pass. your allowed 5 or 10 difference but not twenty.

wtf you on about as long as the tyres are the same size on each axle you can have what the hell you like ,you could even have 15s on the front and 17s on the back as long as both tyres on each axle are the same size.for example a toyota supra has 215/40/17 on the front and 285/45/17 on the rears

thanks guys goinna change em over monday. iv heard car actually handles better with wider tyres up back soo happy days:)
