centre console
see the centre console the middle heater bulb the one that shows if the rear window heater is on. when the bulb blows does the bit that holds it in need to be changed? as i took it out the day and it was soldered on/

Don't think it ment to b soldered on ?, usually just replace the blown bulb with new one, push in type,that's what i thought you did, i have blown bulb in mine as well but can't release the centre nob on the console, it jammed on tight and no sign of release clip for it neither.

if its the middle one then stick screw driver in bit at bottom as there should be a little bit for it. and the two sides ones just pull off aswell i got pliers lol

Think it has been glued on by a previous owner.

why did you glue them on? and just have to get pliers and keep trying mate try moving it back and forth maybe a little heat from hairdryer or something just so it softens the glue.

well after a long day at work patience was running thin plus the extra layer of paint was just that lil bit to much for them to pop back on but i just carry some super glue in the glovebox just incase
