central locking BOOT

my corsa has central locking but it does not operate the boot, it didnt work when i got the car, i brought a new motor but still no joy, iv tested the wires and there is a live feed, so i have run out of ideas

when you lock the car from the door can you hear the motor working in the boot? get someone to help you when you do this

do iv done that, i cant hear the motor work, i took it out to see if it moves and it dosnt, im baffled

then u need to check if you get 12v on the wires, or if your ground is still ok?
