hi just before i was sitting with the engine running and i noticed i cud smell burning so i got out the car and there was loads of smoke coming out of the exhaust
what could this be??

Could be a number of things... blown head gasket.. too much oil.. over fueling.. faulty cat.. faulty exhaust.. broken lambda sensor (causing wrong mixture) .. and my favourite... cold outside? Lol

there isnt to much oil the cat and exhaust were changed in november and yeah it was cold outside but that wouldnt cause the burning smell

Check your spark plugs and see how they look, if they look sooty and burnt, this is usually an indication that the fuel mixture going into your engine is wrong, if you have corsa manuael, it says about the diiferent types of spark plug conditions and what they mean.

i have had my diagnostic thing on and it says the engines fuler to air ratio is more rich then lean so how could i fix that

also the last time i checked the spark plugs they were black after bein in a month or two so how can i solve this problem will it be the lambda sensor
