Think you will admit though when you see the car tomorrow it is now at \'show room\' standard! You can see in the pics above!\"broster\" wrote:paint renovator all over, man you have some patience, i get bored very quickly! cheers for your help today mark!!! as said im sure si will post about it lol! see oyu boys tomoz
Re Simons mech probs... from my post on mkcruise
Top marks to the blokes at JBAutoparts Milton Keynes, I phoned them at 5.25pm tonight after speaking to both Simon and Mark (Broster), they had the part Simon needed, and agreed to stay open until I got to the shop (they normally close at 5.30pm)
Got to shop at 5.40pm, bought the header tank cap (£2.95!!) that had been \'lost en route\' between Simons house in Slough and Brosters in Northampton from his car (dont ask how as we dont know!) and headed up to Broster\'s house. Fitted new cap, also put in some rad treatment to seal any small cracks in Simon\'s head (couldn\'t see any evidence of head gasket going though). Simon followed us back here without problems!
Thanks to Mark and Paul for helping Simon out.
