Yo, getting me some TSW Evo III alloys pretty soon, aswell as gsi spoiler and colour coded front, rear and arches.
But unsure as to whether id have to declare em. cos my grandad thinks i should, but since im only on 3rd party it shouldnt matter should it ?
i wasnt planning to but if its the best thing to do then i better....
what you guys think ?

aye declare the wheels and maybe the colourcoding if you want to be safe mate, dont bother with the gsi spoiler though., as you can just tell the insurance it was factory fitted when you bought the car.
