Head gasket blown!

The head gasket has blown on my corsa so me and my dad are doing the job lol. we will also be taking out the air con because it has never worked and will never use it
we are thinking of maybe a 4 into 1 manifold and blocking off egr valve is this a good idea?

ive taken aircon out of mine, just the radiator and pipes atm, pipes are abit fiddly to get out, ohh and you have to take front bumper off so can remove aircon rad. and as for pump, i havent removed mine yet, but just thought i would let you know, that you need a different engine mount to remove aircon pump, i got my mount from scrappy other day and its awkward, i couldnt get under car as it was at scrappy, but i had to remove loads just for a mount, power steering pump, all sai system, radiator, front bumper, thermostat housing, cam cover, belt tensioner, just thought i would let you kno about need a different mount anyway

yea we have got the radiator out and the pipes, keeping the pump on for now. I think there is something behind the glove box because I have seen a corsa without air con and the glove box is alot bigger than mine :S

ooh, just though i would let you know you need a different mount to remove aircon pump. and yeah there some big box thing, i left that in aswell haha
