Removing the Battery

Post by RallySRi »

Every time I loosen the leads from the battery the alarm goes off. :o

So, how do I remove the battery from my 1994 Corsa B 1.4SRi without setting the alarm off ? :?

Sorry, don't know what alarm is fitted. I guess it is a dealer fitted alarm.

When you remove the power supply from the battery, the alarm system you have fitted may have its own internal battery in case thieves quickly cut the wires to the main battery, which in turn sets off the alarm.. Find your alarm system and safely disable it. But make sure you dont disable it permanently so it cant be re-used.. For example ripping any wires out of it (Y)
