Well after months of hard work trying new things out etc. My baby is finally how i want her she is running sweet!
All i want to do know out of curiosity is roll her and see what figures it's putting out.
But anyways my problems started this time last year when i tried de-catting it, my dads friend knocked all the crap from inside and welded a pipe through it and i as i drove home my car got really loud, rattling, all sorts.
so...2 days ago me and my mate used his dads garage, made use of his pit, took off the cat emptied the bits off pipe that had broke up as well as the big piece of pipe and put the cat on with nothing inside.
We also recently took out the middle box and welded some pipe up and she sounds awesome, not too loud but the nicest rasp you have ever heard.
to add to the list i have done in the last 2 years is a resistor the the air flow sensor, fuel pressure regulator (power boost valve) running 2 bar of fuel pressure, a sebring backbox and i also took off the k&n induction kit and put the standard airbox back on.
so i took her for a spin after sorting those problems and not expecting anything much better, you know it's only a 1.2....but wow the accelaration is amazing from such a little engine.
all i need now is a upgraded panel filter and a 4-2-1 manifold then start saving for a z20let
