i had a front smooth bumper but it is now broke

can someone guide me on how i can smooth the number plate recess and the gaps on a corsa gsi bumper
need to get it done asap ready for pvs
help would be great thanks

iirc you can get fibreglass what is for bumpers so when the bumper flexes it wont fall apart. then filler then prep then paint
