ECU Remap Performance Chip for X14SZ

Does anyone know where I can get one? By this I mean an EPROM which replaces the original EPROM in the ECU unit.
I found a guy on ebay that does proper chips like this for £40 but he doesn't have any for the X14SZ engine so I'm pretty gutted.
