yep iv got one :) http://forums.corsa-b.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=16438 £500 no less. everything apart from shafts and hubs and gear linkage. but thats easy to get hold of, as its a 1.2 8v gear linkage and corsa 1.6 shafts with 2.0 inner cv joints.

you wont find a cleaner engine for less mate. if you were to get a cheap one you will no doubt have to rebuild it.

plus bearing in mind this has had new cambelt kit, new water pump, power cap inlet, baffle sump, F20 gearbox (the one you need), full engine loom and ecu with corsa plug on it, engine conversion bracket, and been chipped, and a new stainless rear water rail and been painted, you'd only end up getting a redtop and having to go and purchase all this conversion kit seperately anyway and you'd be an iddiot to NOT put a new cambelt kit and water pump on a conversion XE as you cant change them when the engines in place so why not just buy it all togeather :? :meh:

tbh mate better off saving up and buying a good clean engine. if you were to put a cheap in it'll need a rebuild no doubt. only engine I know off what was for 100 was from my mate was completely stripped though

any C20XE conversion is going to cost say at most £700 unless you happen to already have a cavalier or calibra sat as scrap on your yard, but then then you'd need shafts hubs, cambelt kit etc. a conversion isnt cheap its just cheaper than buying a car of the same hp.
