Ma 8v making a rattleing sound help!!!!

my car was making a rattleing sound so i thought it was water pump so changed that and the cambelt cause that has to come off anyway and they it went away but 2 weeks later it has come back has this happend to anyone elce or does anyone know what it might be its only done 64000 miles all comments welcome thanks
