A couple of weeks ago I had an accident in the car it caused to left headlight to smash, the bumper has been shunted downwards on the left side of the car and the bar that the bumper clips into when shut has been bent downwards.

I have bought the Bumper re-enforcement bar as well as replaced the headlight but am stuck on how to remove the front bumper in order to replace the re-enforcement bar. Please could anyone with this problem, also how can I move the bumper back up to its normal place as it looks uneven at the moment.

Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks.

I'm guessing u may have bent the front panel too... Which is welded on.. if you bent the bumper and bar downwards...
