So I went outside today and there was bits of thin rusty metal all over the drive, told its probably one of my brake pads
does anyone know how expensive this is going to be to get fixed please?

brake pads aint expensive. £12 off ebay and takes about 10 minutes to do yourself

Hey, You say "thin rusty metal" i don't know if you've every looked at a brake pad but from my experience there should't be any coming from the Pad itself, i'de try and have a look under the car properly before you start splashing out your cash, i know that the friction material on the pad can get worn and ripped of in places over time (if you don't change the pads when you should) but definatly not thin rusty pieces mate, thats gotta be coming from somewhere else.geraldineo wrote:So I went outside today and there was bits of thin rusty metal all over the drive, told its probably one of my brake pads
