would 60mm springs be ok on standard springs?

someone said it wouldnt before on here but i was just wondering would it?
and how would it be with people in?

it would be like a boat, and with 60mm springs you would require stiffened shocks aswell really. as you'l find yourself bottoming out if you go fast over dips in the road etc alot without shocks

you mean standard shocks not springs as u will be fitting shorter springs? Basically the general consensus is that 40mm drop springs are the lowest u can go on standard shocks. you can do the 60mm drop (i know people that have) but ur car will handle pretty badly and plus u'll wear ur shocks out within a few thousand miles. For a 60mm drop u really will need some shorter, stiffer shocks

not rele, bit harder get the standards off tho, because you need a spring compresser and if they have never been changed they will be solid to undo
you will also need a 18mil crank spanner
