i got a dent in my front drivers side wing i could take of the panel and push the dent out but would doing this damage the paintwork???

no mate should be fine hammer and block of wood should do it just might leave a little kink

ok mate cheers, is it easy to remove the pannel as i never done it before?

might just be easier to get a new wing from a scrappy.
