Hi Guys,
My inner CV boot has split and is leaking , I have booked it in the garage, But i want to try and find out if the inner joint has gone as well?

What sort of noises would i get from a broken inner cv joint, I know outer ones make a banging noise

Inner would be making a knocking noise or possibly a whining, if it hasnt been split for long i wouldn't worry but the garage should check and re-grease it for you anyway.
