Too lazy to polish?

Found out while pissing about in the scrapyard that spray laquer does in 1 coat what bumper polish does in about 4 coats
Don't know if this is common knowledge for you lot or wether you'd rather work your arse off polishing you plassie bumpers. But it's a lot chuffing easier!!
